Catharina sour with Apricot, Gwava and Tangerine.Catharina Sour is a brazilian style created in Santa Catarina Region.The base is similar to the Berliner Weiss Style but a bit more alcoolic (4-5.5%).It also assumes the use of local fruits.In this interpretation we decide to use apricot and gwava as main players in aroma and flavous complemented with some citric notes provided by tangerine.Should be served between 4 and 8ºC in Stange, Flute or Pilsner glass.It goes perfectly with grilled fish or meat and pastas.
