This citrusy, effervescent, pale wheat beer was built for the summertime sun & heat. Think American Wheat Ale, through the lens of West Texas & your pals at Pinthouse. Dry & crisp, yet fruity with a bright but balanced hop character. Hello Dillo was built upon a base of pale malts & fluffy, unmalted wheat for a soft mouthfeel, but with a spritzy profile. Delicately dosed hop additions of Mandarina Bavaria & Hallertau Mittelfrüh bring forth pops of sweet citrus & spice to match the lightly fruity fermentation profile of our hybrid house yeast.
