A classic East German style Black Lager, also known as a Schwarzbier, brewed for winter. Don’t be fooled by the colour, as it’s easy to drink and very enjoyable. A deep, dark, warming lager that every brewer in the world really wants to drink. Light tones of coffee and chocolate. The taste is both sweet and dry, malt forward and crushable. Prost!This is a special one-time, limited beer release created by Adam as part of the beerbliotek experimental brew project. beerbliotek experimental brew is a project focussed fully on exploration and experimentation. With a small 100 litre brew kit we get to go nuts, push boundaries and play with ingredients and different styles. It gives them the freedom to experiment, hence the name.
