Wet Hop IPA

A Wet Hopped IPA brewed with Pilsner malt and Oats. We got fresh whole cone Citra hops from Yakima Chief and steeped the beer at the end of the boil with them. We then dry hopped this beer with some Citra and Citra Cryo. The whole cone hops create a greater depth of hop character which shines through in the finished product. The result is a beautiful beer with peach, apricot, tropical fruit undertones, slight grapefruit, and lightly floral notes. 5.7%
