Black Swan is a robust yet delicate, soft and complex blackberry Baltic Porter. We went a bit overboard on the berries and used 360kg of blackberry puree for 9000L! It's dark with a nice purple brown head. On the mouthfeel, we have a nice chocolate and sour fruity finish.
