In 2013, a hop farming family created Ales for ALS to raise funds and awareness for ALS. To date, the program has raised over $4,000,000 for ALS research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI). Breweries from 38 states and three countries have participated, brewing delicious and unique beers while supporting a great cause.Loftus Ranches and YCH Hops create and donate a custom hop blend annually to all participating breweries - but the rest is up to the brewers to invent a delicious and drinkable beer.$1 from every pint of Fort George’s Ale for ALS is going directly back to the charity, to fund research and develop potential treatments for ALS.People living with ALS and the families who love and support them deserve all we can give them and more.
