To balance the overall aroma of the hops, we also used American hops, including MOSAIC's HYPER BOOST (check out the W BOOST IPA page for more details!), ELDORADO, and EKUANOT's CRYO HOP.This time, we are using the latest secret yeast that is prone to biotransformation, and the characteristics of this yeast give rise to complex aromas.The color is a hazy pale yellow, with a scent of citrus, guava, and pineapple. When you drink it, it has a soft mouthfeel and a vivid grapefruit scent. Although it has a strong body, the refreshing and gorgeous aroma makes it drinkable.
