Smüzí Fruit Cake

We blended (literally) dried apricots, pineapple, crystalized ginger, and sultanas with apples in our Vitamix. Then we mixed all of that with a keg of our Smuzi sour base to recreate the sweet flavors and rich texture of homemade fruit cake!
