International brewing mates, collaborating along the Pacific Rim. This is a collaboration between Pacific Coast and the awesome team from Laguna Beach Brewery. Our breweries are both on the Pacific Coast of our countries Laguna Beach California and Mangawhai, NZ. What better to brew with a SoCal brewery than a California IPA?Daybreak is a bright and punchy California style IPA. A stripped back malt base allows a delicious combo of US and NZ hops to shine with flavours of fresh, dank and zesty citrus. This thirst quenching IPA is brimming with punchy Pacific Sunrise hops and supported by Strata, Rakau and Kohatu.
