Fresh Hop Lager

This special lager is the wet-hop version of our Landbier, our only lager made exclusively with locally sourced malted barley and hops grown here in Northern California. Mashed with a blend of malts from Admiral Maltings and hopped with freshly harvested Triple Perle hops from Hoppin Raccoon Ranch. These hops were picked and brewed with on the same morning to showcase the ultra fine quality of freshly harvested noble wet hops. Similar to our Landbier but with slightly less bitterness and notes of crispy raspberry strudel and fresh cut grass.
