Barrel Aged Colada Vibes

Colada Vibes features a blend of Passionfruit, Kent Mangoes, Nectarines, Pineapple and Calamansi (a member of the citrus family endemic to the Phillipines), with raw coconut flakes. We chose raw instead of toasted flakes as we wanted to emulate the coconut crème vibe you get in a pina colada while avoiding that sun tan lotion flavor.Then aged for a year in a freshly emptied Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey barrel.
