Bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine ale with matcha, lemons, and blue spirulina – Rackets down, glasses up— this unique spin on our W.O.S. ale, aged in hand-selected bourbon barrels, is perfect for cooling down after a triumphant match. With earthy matcha at the forefront, we added spirulina and lemon for a citrusy-sweet balance.
