Blend of wildberry mead and bourbon barrel-aged barley wine and imperial stout.A caramel-forward braggot that came to life after trying different blends of mead and barrel-aged beer. For this release we ended up blending a wildberry mead with a bourbon barrel-aged barley wine and imperial stout (Golden Tears). The beers added heavy caramel notes, dried fruit and light notes of vanilla to the mead.
