This is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all it's isolated, lupulin filled glory.We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop.This version features the hop: Moutere. A relatively new New Zealand hop cultivar.When doing sensory evaluation on this beer the first thing I thought to myself when tasting the beer was "melon passionfruit citrus party." I think those initial flavor descriptors are accurate, but upon further tasting some nuanced grapefruit, and resiny pine present themselves as well. We're fast becoming big fans of this one.
