Forties Peach

A blend of our spontaneously fermented golden ales that have seen forty-some moons, refermented with local peaches. This 2021 harvest first edition was brewed in early 2018 and aged in neutral oak barrels for 41 & 42 months before blending together and refermenting with dripping-ripe South Jersey John Boy peaches in stainless steel, with NJ wildflower honey added for a natural final refermentation in the bottle.
