Farmhand Saison is Canyon’s interpretation of what a local beer can be. Our homegrown pilsener malt, a heavy hand of Garston Motueka hops, Cardrona honey from the farm behives, handpicked dog rose, floral elderflower and froth technology’s newly developed yeast called Wilding, a wild foraged strain with saison lineage. Elegant phenolics blend with bright citrus & floral notes to create a unique & refreshing beer.
