Calypso Single Hop

The latest release in our Single Hop series featuring an exciting hop called Calypso. The idea is to highlight the precise taste and aroma of the hop by using one single hop variety throughout the brewing process. The base beer is a light golden ale that is used for all of the single hop series. Calypso hops give the beer a light bitterness and is citrus in flavor. Late hop addition adds a pleasant lemon/lime aroma. Enjoy our first brew made at the Hongqiao location!
