It’s an opportunity to delve into the creative side of fermentation and oversee recipe development, with a goal of highlighting an underrepresented group in the industry.This winter Lead Brewer Britt brought up Dark Milds as an area of interest. Could we tackle it in a Bellwoods way? Shine some light on a subtle but delicious style that doesn’t get a ton of hype these days? We were game.Today, that beer is finally ready in cans, and perfect for those who appreciate nuanced, malty flavours.
