Mad Fermentations Vol. 3: Vin 7

We diverted 5 gallons of our Southern Lights pale ale and fermented it with Vin 7, a strain typically intended to enhance fruit flavors in whit wine. The result is a bright juniper-like aroma and despite finishing with a little more residual sugar it tastes drier.
