Mexicola

An unfiltered and unfined lager using flaked maize and a pinch of Vienna malt in the grist for a dry, and light drink, with subtle flavours of cornflakes and toasty bread. Mexicola uses Motueka hops in the whirlpool and modestly in the dry hop for that classic lime wedge in the neck of the bottle refreshment.
