In a largely throw-away culture that promotes the adage, "Buy, Buy, Buy", waste surrounds us. However, in a world Re-Imagined, things might be a little different; through creativity we might find a re-birth. Our "ReImagining" series takes ingredients that we have already used and finds them new life. For the ReImagining VIII we rested 2nd-use Kimberton grown Elderberries, and 2nd-use PA grown Plums in a young-aged cider, then added some Kimberton grown Bronze Fennel. A beautiful and enticing licorice aroma yields to a fruity cider on the palate with pleasant fennel notes. Enjoy this Cider that gives second life to the wonderful bounty of our neighbors.
