Brewed in collaboration with Dominio IV winery, this pleasant and mellow rustic blonde ale is a wonderful showcase of how wine grapes can pair wonderfully with grain and hops. The malt is a light mix of mostly pilsner and wheat, which makes a simple pallet for the wine grapes and New Zealand hops to showcase some light and zesty fruit characters. Utilizing Norwegian brewers yeast and two strains of wine yeast to get some fruity esters and a pleasant minerality. Lightly tart from the low pH in the grape juice, and finishing with a full tannic mouthfeel.
