A mix fermentation ale, brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and then aged in oak barrels for one year. It was then re-fermented with delicious Herefordshire cherries from Hargrove Farm. This is a special one and we have a limited quantity available…
