Sleepless in Bromyard 2021, a sparkling cider, is the second of the pair, the flip side of the juice coin! Pure Dabinett, on the nose it’s all plum skin and frangipane before sliding into a pool of super sweet, juicy, ripe peaches and oranges. There’s the sweet spice of cloves, lovely soft tannins and a hint of bitterness at the finish reminding you that this is a cider made from bittersweet apples. It’s also completely crushable!
