In celebration of Cantillon's Quintessence event, we are proud to present this very limited “Bière de Coupage”. Born from the meeting of two distinct brewing traditions, this blend features our artisanal saison, aged in fine white wine barrels, providing layers of subtle fruit and complexity. It is then artfully combined with cantillon's lambic infused with the vibrant tartness of rhubarb. The result is a refreshingly fruity and delicately tart ale designed for immediate enjoyment, while also possessing the structure to gracefully evolve with age.
