Featuring tannic peach flavor throughout, Peach Pit Wit highlights subtle notes of Belgian yeast spice and citrus from the young witbier, alongside complex acidity, gentle barrel character, and a hint of funk from the Pinot Noir barrel-matured witbier. Finishes dry, with an approachable sourness and a pithy, peach pit linger.
