Textures In Motion is a dry hopped mixed culture wild ale. It was blended from 2 separate base beers and wine barrel vintages. We dry hopped the blend with German Tettnang and Sapphire hops at a rate of one pound per barrel. Aromas of fresh split firewood mingle with peach tea kombucha and mild totapuri mango flesh. Medium acidity and a medium full mouthfeel leads to a deep salinity reminiscent of lemon curd and limestone minerality, allowing this wild ale to pair perfectly alongside pan seared halibut with beurre noir sauce.
