This bottle hosts a trulyCycladic affair: distilling excellence meets brewing innovation in Mykonos. An adventurous brew thattook place in 2023, aged fortwelve months in French Oak barrels, previously used by Makryonitis Syros Distillery to age their Tsipouro from Assyrtiko grapes for a year. The distinctive aromas of this aged spirit with its brandy-like profile, meet the coffee notes of a Porter creating a smooth, full bodied beer with a beige head, a mocha forward characteer and hints of bitter chocolate. Hand-bottled in a limited number, on the island of Mykonos, in September of 2024.
