Dropping Fruit (Blueberry & Raspberry)

We are releasing Dropping Fruit, the first in our new series of fruited Berliner-style Weisse ales for on-site pick-up and home delivery today. This batch of Dropping Fruit is 6.0% and was brewed with Pilsner and malted wheat and soured with Lactobacillus in stainless before going to the kettle. Once in the kettle we added a small amount of Czech Saaz and lactose to balance the acidity. It was fermented with our house ale yeast with a bunch of blueberries and raspberries.⠀
