Lager blonde non filtré avec 35% de riz JasminBlonde lager containing 35% Jasmine rice.Brewing this beer was quite the endeavor. We put 88 kg of jasmine rice into our pilot system to gelatinize it and ended up making a huge pot of rice that got stuck in our small kettle, preventing us from transferring it to the larger mash. It took a lot of immersion blending and adding water to finally get it out, but the result was well worth the trouble. The aroma and flavor of the beer have the beautiful fragrance of jasmine rice.
