Aged in Apple Brandy and Rum Barrels for 12 months. We then conditioned it on Vietnamese Coffee, Vietnamese Cocoa Nibs, & DOUBLE Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Expect big notes of Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, & Caramelized Apple with a Light Roast.
