We have brewed a second beer in collaboration with the creative minds at Sanchez Restaurant. This time around it is a refreshing Sour Beer with Tepache.Tepache is a fermented Mexican drink made with Pineapple and warm spices that our friends from Sanchez brew themselves and serve at their locations.
