Water, Grains (Extra Pale, Cara Pils, Crystal medium), Hops (Idaho7, Simcoe, Amarillo BBC, Cascade BBC, Citra Cryo), Yeast (US-05)This one's a brewer’s beer. It's that hearty, comforting pint of liquid resiny gold at the end of a double mash brewday with the canning line going on the fritz and the malt pallets coming in.On the same day that all the scissors in the brewery decided to vanish from the face of the Earth, all the butterfly valves seem to have been connected backwards and those blasted clamps are always 3 inches away from your reach.Take five. You've earned this.
