Designed by Scott Joplin and Scott Duff together with the great Opperbacco brewer Luigi Recchiuti amber to remember the "old IPAs of yesteryear" with a reinterpretation in modern school. A small nom masterpiece where the idea was not to do the usual "hopped water" so much in vogue today, but a structured beer with malts designed to act as a bed to the freshness of hops: Cascade, Chinook and Mandarina for a characterization ranging from citrus to herbaceous with a hint of resin. Not excessive bitterness, medium body and very clean finish for a beer to be drunk by the liter
