A lush oatmeal stout brewed with whole Irish oysters. The beer showcases subtle dessert-like notes of Moroccan dates, dark chocolate and cherries, and reminds us of a roasty black forest cake. It finishes crisp and minerally which lends itself well towards food pairing. A collaboration beer between The General Brewing Co and The Oyster Cart that rewards with waves of flavours and decadence.
