The idea for this nitro stout was born from a collaborative project between our brewing team, our own Pan Asian Network, and Baltimore's Asian Pasifika Arts Collective. The flavors found in Brown Sugar Bubble Tea make perfect sense for a stout, so that's just what we did. Brown sugar, tapioca, black tea, and vanilla are added to our homegrown stout recipe. The best part? We even nitrogenated it, adding the kind of creamy, silky smooth texture that this recipe was just aching for.**If you're drinking at home, be sure to give the can a quick shake before opening, in order to activate the nitrogen!**
