This is the first barrel aged made by Joe Wolff in collaboration with Opyos gin. A bergamote infused Red Ale that is then aged in Luxembourgish Oak barrels that contained OPYOS gin inside beforehand. This gives you a surprisingly drinkable complex barrel aged beer!Joe Wolff will continue to make this beer under Wolff Brewing Co.
