Black Doris plum and red grape aromas from the yeast. Candy, bready and dried fruit from the malt. This is followed by some subtle spice/clove from the yeast.The flavour is tart and fruity yet finishes with some malty sweetness. Hints of oak also add another layer of complexity to this beer.
