Un assemblage de bière maturée en fûts de chêne pendant un à deux ans. La bière a ensuite refermentée sur pêche, ananas & abricots biologiques pendant plusieurs semaines avant d'être refermentée en bouteille. ///////// Brewed with a mixture of Belgian yeast, wild yeast and acidifying bacteria, the base beer is a blend of one to two year-old barrel aged beer. The blend then aged on organic peach, pineapple and apricot for several weeks before being bottle-conditioned.
