“The first blend of this beer came back when we were using The Mix labels (shutter), but we heard so much great feedback about it that we blend it anytime we got the chance! We selected two barrels of East Bank that we loved that were aging in neutral French oak barrels and transferred them into freshly emptied Breckenridge bourbon barrels. After a few months, we than racked it onto ripe organic Red Haven peaches from Palisade, Colorado.”
