When Bådin came to life and decided to take over the world, Bodø got it's own chocolateur. Craig Alibone earned his chef education in England, followed by working for Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeux, before love wound up with giving our hometown a big, wet chocolate kiss. Craig will satisfy both your sweet tooth and your longing for visual perfection. Together we have brewed a pastry stout with coconut and Craig's famous macarons, a perfect pairing for your dessert or as a dessert of its own.
