The Uncle Günther Hefeweizen is made according to the traditional Bavarian style of wheat beer. With over half the base malts being made from select wheat grains, this beer presents a velvety smoothness and full body. Other specialty malts give it a nice malty, bready undertone. The traditional Munich yeast provides hints of banana and clove, but by keeping the fermentation temperature in check, the result is a very nuanced aroma profile.
