bottling date: 24/10/2024For this Oude Geuze, we blended four different barrels of lambik, originating from sevendifferent brews with two brewers: 3 Fonteinen and Lindemans, in a 52/48 cut. More than 10% of the blend is very old lambik, rendering the weighted average age to more than 28 months upon bottling. The 3 Fonteinen lambikken were almost all brewed with locallysourced cereals from Pajottenland.
