Our very loose take on a 3 threads blended Old Ale.We blended:-Unaged american strong ale for fresh toasted malt character and some balancing hop bitterness to the blend.-Very old tank aged English strong ale for intense maple, raisin, leather and caramel notes-Bourbon Barrel Aged Milk stout for cocoa, chocolate, and spicy oak character.
