Using a select yeast strain that produces complex fruity and spicy flavours that are balanced with prominent hop bitterness and a soft malt character.Belgian Farmhouse Ale brewed with German Pilsner and Wheat malts, finished with Styrian and First Gold hops. Lots of bright orange and lemon zest with some herbal qualities. A special yeast strain adds apricot notes as well as a hint of clove. Finishes dry, with a hint of sweetness at the end.
