From old-world to new-world hops, this beer brings the Idaho 7 modern hop varietal to the fore. Named after its home state, Idaho 7 is big, bold, pungent and playful. Our take on this beer is something between a New England and West Coast Pale Ale… super juicy and hazy, but with a big whack of bitterness to round things out. Expect notes of tropical fruit reminiscent of the iconic Allens pineapple lollies.
