Clayton Hops NZ Pilsner

This one's pretty special, friends! Brewed like a traditional NZ Pilsner with late hopping additions of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka, it's fermented at 10C just like our Longboarder Lager. Before packaging, we added a blend of Amplifire hop extract from Clayton Hops which showcases Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka in all their glory. Everything comes together with complex and oily, fresh-hop characteristics over clean, cracker-like malt ending in super refreshing bitterness. Don't miss it!
