Pale gold in colour, solid white head, and moderate to heavy haze. We sought to capture all the best parts of the hazy IPA style: loads of juicy and fruity hop aromas, with slightly less bitterness than a West Coast IPA; lots of full-flavoured malt mouthfeel, but without the cloying sweetness; layers of delicious flavour that epitomize the trend, and make this beer so drinkable. In our rendition, we have included @fieldfivefarm ‘Soft Red Wheat’ in the mash, for haze and an extra pillowy mouthfeel. We also dry-hopped this brew exclusively with ‘Nectaron’ a relatively new hop varietal from New Zealand.Aromas of stone fruit, strawberry, citrus, and Del Monte Fruit Cups.
