N:10 Doppelbock

N:10 is a strong malty German lager which we brewed with loads of Munich malt and a traditional decoction mash. We fermented this beer slowly at a low temperature and lagered it for over 6 weeks to allow the toasty malty flavours with hints of caramel and dark raisins to fully marry and develop. Packaged 12th May 2025.
