Fire Drop is a collaboration with our pals at Firepop®. By joining ancestral forces and modern brewing techniques, we’ve crafted a modern interpretation of an ultra-rice lager using hand-ground Fu Lin Men rice. An insanely aromatic, medium-sized, estate certified, ancient-royal-decree grown grain from the Wuchang region of Heilongjiang Province, China. Growing in fertile black soil and a clean water source, Wuchang rice is characterised by its complex and distinctive aroma of fresh grass, herbal dill, and earthy citrus which carry over into the clean and crisp lager base upon which it rests. 干杯 Gānbēi!
